One of my favorite sushi spots in Suffolk County is Shiki in Smithtown. It is very underrated most likely because it is far from a fancy place, which is another great thing about this place. Many sushi places are over decorated with the sushi not adding up. Shiki has the most delicious, freshest sushi. They have so many special rolls to choose from that are so creative. If your like me and you love crazy special rolls, trust me they are kick ass! I especially love the Crystal Roll or the Tuna Trio which has a lot of white tuna..My new favorite! In comparison to other sushi places in the area, they are very reasonably priced. Check it out!
